We produce and ship to your customers.
After your Launch order duration ends, we produce the items and ship to your customers. Then we do it all again!
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum of orders?
Launches must sell at least 5 products or the Launch will be cancelled and refunded. Our production is too costly for Launches under 5 products.
*Don’t worry, even new stores or first time launches launch more than 5 products. If you’re worried just set a longer Launch duration.
What is the Launch duration and why do I need it?
The Launch duration helps garner interest and sell more products by making products for a limited amount of time. Do a short and sweet run for one week or make the product available for as long as a month.
After the Launch expires, it goes into production and ships out immediately.
How are the items printed?
All orders over our minimum of 25 will be screen printed. All designs over 6 colors will either be CMYK screen printed or a screen print transfer will be applied.
Orders with less than 25 will be digitally printed.
Can I launch products with embroidery?
You sure can!
What happens at the end of the Launch duration?
When the Launch expires, we produce your items and ship directly to your customers. For bigger Launches, custom fulfillment packaging is also available.
How and when will I get paid?
We’ll send your payout via direct deposit when your Launch ends.
How many products can I launch?
As many as you’d like! We’d recommend starting with 1 to 3.
